(1) If any court or court needs to bring a detainee or prisoner to the court for evidence in a case or to understand any necessary matter, the following should be done:-

(a) If the court sends the prisoner or detainee directly to the prison office where the prisoner or prisoner was detained or imprisoned,

(2) After receipt of the request as per clause (b) of sub-section (1), the detention center or the court where the prisoner or prisoner is detained or sentenced to imprisonment shall also appear at the station and send the request in writing to the prisoner or prisoner. In order to do this, the relevant prison office should be sent a written request.

(3) According to clause (a) of sub-section (1) or after receiving the request according to sub-section (2), the jailer should also make such detainee or prisoner appear as prescribed.< /p>
